The Crest is a coaching, counseling, consulting and scaling business solutions organization. Our mission is to provide high quality solutions focused processes to address current individual and business needs.
With historical success in challenging the process and innovative out-of-the-box solutions to everyday problems, we assist our clients to build upon their strengths and develop solutions that encourage growth, stability, and sustainability.

Meet Dr. Jennifer, our CEO & Founder
I am Dr. Jennifer McChristian, LCSW affectionately known as Dr. J Mac. I have a passion for empowering others to operate at the “Crest of their Wave”. I believe in helping others to identify their passion and purpose and providing them with the tools to be successful.
Career Coaching, Counseling, and building your business requires commitment, drive, and motivation to endure the process, but most importantly you will need the tools to navigate in uncharted territory. I can ease of this journey by being your personal partner, regardless of where you are along the path.
I have served as an innovative strategist in both direct practice and executive administration for more than 18 years. I am known as a creative inspirational leader who mobilizes individuals towards a shared vision that enhances both their personal and organization’s missions. I utilize a collaborative strengths based strategic approach where I leverage clinical principles of social work, active listening, and iterative project management to help you reach your goals. My combined experience and education prepares me to take you and your business to your next level.

I began my social work career, as many social workers do, in the world of child protection services. My experiences as a front line worker shaped my passion and commitment to impact the lives of both clients and the professionals who serve the most vulnerable of us. As a result, I have thrived utilizing my social work skill set in administrative positions both within and outside of traditional social work fields that allowed me to use my social work

I love to paint in my free time. I like attending the guided painting studios that offer wine!
I love to....
I love a good writing pen. I have spent hours laboring over writing assignments in both my professional and personal life. My favorite ink pen is a blue Papermate Profile Ball (1.4). This instrument is so smooth; like a smooth sail.
Favorite Pen...
I enjoy watching ‘not so reality’ reality TV. I am humored by the story lines, the family dynamics, the costuming, and the outlandish dialogue. My favorite guilty pleasure are the Housewives series (Atlanta, Orange County, and New York),
Not so guilty "guilty" pleasure
My spirit animal is the Elephant. The elephant is known to command authority and power wherever it goes, while also being protective and caregiving, You would be surprised to find more than 50 elephant statues and figurines scattered about my home and office.
